Palem Srikanth Reddy was born on 28-Aug-1963 in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. His father, Justice P.Chenna Keshava Reddi hails from Kadapa District. They are natives of Thatimakulapalli Village, Veerapunayuni Palli Mandal in Kadapa District.
His mother Smt. P.Mangamma is a native of Buchireddipalem in Nellore District. Her paternal native place is Penagaluru in Kadapa District. In early 1950s, when advanced education for women was difficult and challenging, she completed her MA in History in the early post Independent India. She is also the Head of Mangamma Trust which supports education for economically backward children. She is also a Director of Four Soft Limited.
His father Justice PC.Reddi was a famous lawyer in Hyderabad High Court and declared an income of Rs. 1,60,000 even as early as 1969. He was elevated as a Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh at a very young age in 1971 and served the judiciary of the state and the country for a period of 16 years. He served as the Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh High Court and subsequently as the Chief Justice of North Eastern States. In Honor of his commitment of delivering Justice, Integrity & Character, the lawyers of Kadapa erected a statue in his honor in Kadapa in 1999.
